If you have lost something onboard one of our services, we will do everything we can to get it back to you. To register your lost property item, please complete this form.
The more detail you include, the better chance of tracking your lost item.
If we locate your item, we will contact you to arrange a time for collection. You will then be able to retrieve it from our depot between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For security purposes, please bring photo ID when collecting your item.
